Mariana Alfaro Salas

Mariana Alfaro Salas is a Costa Rican lawyer and notary public with over 18 years of legal experience, specializing in immigration, corporate and real estate matters. She leads an immigration department, handling temporary and permanent residency applications for investors, retirees and executives, as well as immigration procedures for recognized companies.

Her practice includes company formation, corporate due diligence, bank financing documentation and foreign investment. A graduate of Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, she has also contributed to the Costa Rican Bar Association’s Immigration Commission and its cooperation with immigration authorities.
