Is this for you?
The strategy is built for people who
- Run a business, invest or earn a high income, typically US$500,000+ a year or US$5 million+ in assets (a profile, not a requirement)
- Pay tax in the United States or Canada today
- Are seriously considering Latin America, or want a second residency as a plan B
- Want to understand exit tax, departure tax or renunciation before acting
- Hold assets they want to protect and diversify across jurisdictions
- Would rather have one team handle every country than coordinate advisors themselves
These describe the typical client, not an entry test: anyone can book the Global Strategy. Not sure yet? The cost-of-staying calculator is free, and you can send us your details for a reply within 1 business day.

How an engagement works
Three stages. You decide how far to go.
Every client starts with the Global Strategy. For some clients it is all they need; the later stages are optional. If you choose to continue, the Global Strategy is credited toward the Plan of Action, and the Plan of Action is credited toward Implementation.
-
Stage 1
Global Strategy
An initial strategic review of your situation, objectives and international options. It sets the direction of the work and the next steps, usually within two weeks and sometimes up to one month.
- Intake questionnaire and preparation
- 60-minute strategy meeting
- Research and analysis tailored to your case
- 30-minute follow-up with recommendations and a quote
-
Stage 2
Plan of Action
Quoted after your strategy
A detailed written plan, step by step: what to do, in what order, and how each part fits together across every country involved.
- Departure and tax planning
- Residency and, where it applies, citizenship
- Companies, banking and asset protection
- Estate planning and continuing obligations
-
Stage 3
Implementation
Quoted after your strategy
We carry out your plan with the relevant professionals in each country and follow every step to completion. You give the decisions, approvals and signatures; we do the rest.
- Company and structure formation
- Residency or citizenship applications
- Banking and asset transfers
- Tax-compliance coordination and ongoing administration
Only the Global Strategy has a fixed price. The Plan of Action and Implementation depend on your countries, structures and family, so they are quoted once your case has been analyzed, with our fees, outside professional fees, government charges and any investment or deposit shown separately.

The Global Strategy fee is shown beside the booking button above. For some clients it is all they need. The Plan of Action and Implementation are optional, and are quoted after your strategy because they depend on your countries, structures and family.
Is it refundable?
No. The Global Strategy is a final sale and is non-refundable. If you choose to continue with a Plan of Action, your Global Strategy fee is credited toward it.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Give us at least 48 hours’ notice and reschedule free. Serious circumstances justify a fee waiver for shorter notice, even at the last minute.
How long does it take?
Usually within two weeks, and sometimes up to one month, after payment and receipt of your completed intake form.
What do I need to prepare?
The intake form, which you receive right after payment, submitted at least 48 hours before your meeting. It covers where you live and pay tax, how you earn, what you own, your family situation and what you want to achieve.
How is the meeting scheduled?
Right after payment, the confirmation page gives you the intake form and the next steps. Jesse, our Client & Partner Relations Manager, emails you within 1 business day to arrange your meeting with the Lead Strategist. Please submit the intake form at least 48 hours before the meeting.
Who will I meet?
Our Lead Strategist, Marc Saad, an attorney admitted to the Quebec and Ontario bars and a Main Street Certified Tax Advisor. Our Client & Partner Relations Manager handles your intake, scheduling and documents. Other professionals join later stages as your plan requires.
