Global Wealth Protection Service
Asset protection, offshore and at home
We build legal structures that safeguard your wealth against risks, creditors, and uncertainty, while ensuring long-term preservation for you and your family.
How we do it
Protection in three layers
Protective Planning
Reviewing your personal and business situation to identify vulnerabilities and design a structure that keeps your assets shielded across all concerned jurisdictions.
Entity Structuring
Establishing the right legal entities, such as trusts, foundations, or international companies, to hold and protect assets securely while maintaining flexibility and control.
Risk Mitigation Tools
Applying proven mechanisms such as layered ownership, asset segregation, and jurisdictional diversification to reduce exposure to lawsuits, political risk, and financial instability.
Offshore or domestic?
We help you decide which fits
There is no single best structure. A domestic structure can be simpler, cheaper and easier to explain to a bank; an offshore structure, such as an international trust, a private foundation or a company in another jurisdiction, can add distance between your assets and the risks you are protecting against. Many plans combine both.
What decides it: what you own and where, where you live and will live, the risks you face (business liability, litigation, political or currency risk), how much control you want to keep, and the reporting obligations that come with each option in your home country.
Protection works best when it is set up before a problem appears. Transfers made after a claim arises can be challenged, which is why we plan early and keep everything compliant.
Privacy matters to our clients, and confidentiality is one of our core values. Lawful privacy is not secrecy from tax authorities: every structure we build is designed to meet the reporting rules that apply to you.
Is an offshore structure legal?
Yes. Owning assets through foreign trusts, foundations or companies is legal. What matters is that the structure has a real purpose and is reported as your home country requires.
Will a structure hide my assets from the tax authorities?
No, and it should not. Asset protection is about creditors, lawsuits and instability, not about avoiding reporting.
When should I set it up?
Before you need it. Protection put in place after a claim or dispute arises is much easier to challenge.
