Dr. Daniel Montero

Dr. Daniel Montero is a primary care physician with multiple clinics in Costa Rica and a background in medicine, surgery and osteopathic medicine. A graduate of Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, he completed a doctorate in osteopathic medicine in 2019 and further training in orthomolecular medicine in 2025. His local clinical experience supports individuals and families establishing medical care as they settle in Latin America, addressing everyday health needs alongside longer-term longevity goals. His additional studies include nutrigenetics, longevity and acupuncture, and his practice includes caring for high-performance athletes.
